A Walk Down Memory Lane.....

For my Karen Foster goodies, I chose to work with the football scrapbook kit. My DS is a Freshmen this year and went out for football for the first time. This kit is perfect for me to scrap all those memories and to thank his coaches for being so wonderful.

I love how the neutral colors really help the colors of photo I had of DS actually looking right at me on the field (probably not pleasing to his coaches, but made this mama happy LOL!) pop.

Well, I guess that's not really all that helpful, huh? The gist of it says how this was his first year playing and up until now I wouldn't let him play because I didn't want him getting banged around at a young age. It also talks about how I was kind of sad when he chose football over soccer after playing soccer for years, but how very proud I was of him for taking on a new sport and doing so well while working hard at it.
The largest circle is embossed with a Sissix Tim Holtz folder to give it some texture like a football.
